Individual solutions
Asoma provides flexible and reliable contract manufacturing, assisting the customer in developing and designing cases, and manufacturing production batches precisely to order. Our technically advanced, precisely dimensioned plastic cases are made by vacuuforming for guaranteed quality, and our service also includes thorough guidance on the materials to be used in the cases, together with support throughout the life cycle of the product.
Asoma provides cases for a wide range of purposes. The individually designed Asoma Special Case for tools, and other lightweight and strong special cases in soft or hard versions also testify to our expertise in delivering the highest quality. Careful design and manufacture of these cases ensures their fitness and durability as we seek to create an Asoma case that will become a prized element in the product portfolio of our corporate customers.
We also manufacture various cases and covers to agreed specifications, for example to serve as business gifts bearing the customer’s corporate logo.
An Asoma case stands the test of time
Asoma cases are designed for hardwearing use, with a frame and materials that are always individually specified according to the weight of contents to be carried in the case and the conditions of use in order to ensure durability. A lighter or stiffer aluminium frame is used where necessary, together with plastic that withstands higher temperatures. The materials used for cases with sturdy and hardwearing handles, locks and hinges are easy to clean and hygienic.
We design individual and functional solutions for all aspects of our cases from the outer shell to the inner components. Where necessary we will manufacture the interiors of a case by dimensioning in accordance with the customer’s instrument or drawings. The most common solution used for case interiors is a pre-cut foam design that is suitable for the instrument in question and holds the contents firmly in place.
